Jesus’ family tree is a less than stellar lineup of ancestors. They were very broken, perhaps like your family tree. Looking at the history of where Jesus comes from fills us with home to know that our past does not need to haunt us. Jesus can bless us to overcome all hereditary and cultivated tendencies to evil.
